By installing and using this Shopify Application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please uninstall the App immediately.

2. Description of Service

The App provides automated tracking synchronization and notification services for Shopify merchants. We act as an intermediary between your store and tracking data providers.

3. Billing and Subscriptions

The App offers Free and Paid plans. Payments are processed directly through Shopify Billing.

• You are responsible for all charges incurred.
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis at our discretion, complying with Shopify's policies.

4. Limitation of Liability

The App is provided 'as is'. We are not liable for any lost profits, lost data, or tracking inaccuracies provided by third-party carriers. We strive for 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service.

5. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated via the App dashboard.
